Aldea Glen Echo 

As stated in previous notices, we are reinstituting our newsletter.  It has become best-practice throughout the industry to have three means of communication with homeowners: 

  1. Established a website

  2. Renewing this newsletter

  3. Place notices on the mailboxes regarding pertinent, time-sensitive and/or urgent issues. 

 

Our newsletter will be published quarterly, this edition is being published early to be included with the Annual Dues Assessment Notice)  To conserve costs, the May edition will normally be included with your Annual Meeting Notice each year.  Therefore, in good stewardship of our association budget, we will have four mailings:  February, May, July, and November.  Any additional postal expenses will be for association business and homeowner contact on an as-need basis.

 

As to content for the newsletter, we welcome any suggestions for subjects to be included.  Please contact us with your suggestions.  Otherwise, the Board will publish content pertinent to our community and/or consistent with the quarter in which the edition is printed.
